IMPORTANT: This is a NAND Flash Memory device with a minimum of 16064 blocks.Each block contains 64 pages which are divided into a 2K byte main pageand a 64 byte control area. This algorithm only supports up to 4096 blocks.The algorithm is mapped with each page considered an contiguous 2112 byte page.Bad Blocks are indicated at byte 2048 of the first or second page of a block. These bytesare forced to FFh during programming to indicate valid blocks.
