IMPORTANT: The bytes in the buffer correspond to the register bits as follows:(bits 95-88 buffer address 0) (bits 87-80 buffer address 1) (bits 79-72 buffer address 2)(bits 71-64 buffer address 3) (bits 63-56 buffer address 4) (bits 55-48 buffer address 5)(bits 47-40 buffer address 6) (bits 39-32 buffer address 7) (bits 31-24 buffer address 8)(bits 23-16 buffer address 9) (bits 15-8 buffer address 10) (bits 7-0 buffer address 11).Bits 95-62 are reserved and must set to 0 in the buffer. Bit 57 is PLL enable bit and perspecifications must be 0 to program the device.
