If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: This algorithm only supports .psf files. Each device has a limited number of writes to the non-volatile memory (NVM). After these writes are expired the device will fail the Program operation and must be replaced. Refer to the datasheet for more details. Per device specifications prior to writing to the NVM the register at address 4049h bits [5:0] will be updated with the register at address 411Bh bits [15:10] and the register at address 404Ah bits [9:0] will be updated with the register at address 411Bh bits [9:0]. Registers at addresses 4100h or higher are read-only and contain device-specific information. They are skipped for the Program and Verify operations. Serialization is not supported.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
