IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EPROM. You must select the appropriate security mode under DEVICE/OPTIONSto operate the secure command. Device ID cannot be read from a secured device. Three security levels are available. MODE1: Disable further programming of the OTP memory. A secured device can only be verified usingthe OTP Verification Mode (see Siemens C508-4E specification). MODE2: Disable further programming and OTP verification. MODE3: Disable further programming OTP verification and external execution. Please refer to Siemens(Infineon) specification for more information.
