IMPORTANT: AURIX 32-Bit Single-Chip Microcontroller. This algorithm supports 96 KBytes DFlash UCB Flash and 1MBytes PFlash. PFlash is mapped from [A0000000h-A00FFFFFh] in the data pattern. DFlash is mapped from [AF000000h-AF017FFFh] in the data pattern. The default device range is set for DFLASH+PFLASH [A0000000h-AF017FFFh]. Please modify the address range under Device > Range if UCB need to be included. The virgin state of memory location is 00′. This algorithm supports only UCB0-UCB3[AF100000h-AF100FFFh] and UCB5-UCB6[AF101400h-AF101BFFh] Note:Program inappropriate data into UCBs area can lock the device.Please contact Infineon for the information Note:If Autorange is enabled and the data pattern has blank for a block the algorighm will skip all operations for that particular block.Therefore any programmed data in that block before the operation will remain the same. ‘
