IMPORTANT: AURIX 32-Bit Single-Chip Microcontroller. This algorithm supports 128 KBytes DFlash UCB DFlash and 2MBytes PFlash. PFlash is mapped from [A0000000h-A01FFFFFh] in the data pattern. DFlash is mapped from [AF000000h-AF01FFFFh] in the data pattern. The default device range is set for DFLASH+PFLASH [A0000000h-AF01FFFFh]. Please modify the address range under Device > Range if UCB need to be included. The virgin state of memory location is 00′. This algorithm supports only UCB0-UCB3[AF100000h-AF100FFFh] and UCB5-UCB6[AF101400h-AF101BFFh] Note: Program inappropriate data into UCBs area can lock the device. Any UCBs that are blank in the data pattern will be skipped for Program and Verify. Please contact Infineon for the information. ‘
