If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: The device memory is mapped one-to-one to the Data Pattern. The data to be programmed to the non-volatile (EPROM) area of the device starts at Data Pattern address [2000h]which corresponds to device address [1000h].The default Device Range is set to [1000h-2FFFh]. The two most significant bits (bits 7 and 6) of Data Pattern address [2018h] should be set to 1or the device could be secured. Data Pattern address [2019h] is reserved and must contain 0x20.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
