Note
IMPORTANT: This algorithm is especially for the new 40MHz die (B-4 stepping).Address zero in the buffer is mapped to address 0xFC0000 of the device.Make sure that the data to be programmed into the special purpose memory areaof the part begins at buffer address 0x32000.The two most significant bits (bit 7 & 6)of address location 0x32018 have to be 1’s or the part may beinadvertently secured.Buffer address locations 0x32019 and 0x3201B are reserved and mustcontain 0x20. Program the UPROM bits by setting them in the Device/Configuremenu. The new die supports all the four UPROM bits.UPROM means Unerasable Programmable Read-Only Memory.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
