Note
IMPORTANT: This algorithm works for both B-2 stepping and B-4 stepping.UPROM bits are ignored in this algorithm.Address zero in the buffer is mapped to address 0xFC0000 of the device.Make sure that the data to be programmed into the special purposememory area of the part begins at buffer address 0x32000.The two most significant bits (bit 7 & 6)of address location 0x32018 have to be 1’s or the part may beinadvertently secured.Buffer address locations 0x32019 and 0x3201B are reserved and mustcontain 0x20.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
