If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: This algorithm is especially for the 32MHz die (B-2 stepping).Address zero in the buffer is mapped to address 0xFC0000 of the device.Make sure that the data to be programmed into the special purpose memory areaof the part begins at buffer address 0x32000. The two most significant bits (bit 7 & 6)of address location 0x32018 have to be 1’s or the part may beinadvertently secured. Buffer address locations 0x32019 and 0x3201B are reserved and mustcontain 0x20. Program the UPROM bits by setting them in the configurationmenu. According to Intel the CLK1 and DEI bits cannot be read or verified at this time. Therefore the support of these bits is currently disabled. The configuration optionshave been left in for future use and Jobmaster compatibility.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
