IMPORTANT: Setting the Master Lock Bit is a permanent operation.ERASE will unlock all the locked blocks.There is a special socket module for this device. It is possible touse existing SSOP socket modules but Intel stronglyrecommends the (A)SM56SSB or the (FX)(A)SM56SSB1 for the SSOP package.These socket modules contain bypass capacitors on VCC.
