Note
IMPORTANT: Addresses $2000-$5FFF are EPROM.The device memory is mapped one-to-one to the Data Pattern. Please note that while the Buffer is byte-wide addressable the device is word-wide addressable. The data to be programmed to the non-volatile (EPROM) area of the device must start at Data Pattern address [2000h].The two most significant bits (bits 7 and 6) of Data Pattern address [2018h] should be set to 1or the device could be secured.Data Pattern address [2019h] is reserved and must contain 0x20.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
