IMPORTANT: Setting the Master Lock Bit is a permanent operation.There is a special socket module for this device. It is possible touse existing uBGA socket module but Intel stronglyrecommends the ASM56UBGA for the uBGA package. This socketmodules contains bypass capacitors on VCC.
