IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with 128 bit chip Protection Register for security purposes.The first 64 bits are porgrammed with a unique identifier at the factory andwill be read at buffer locations 200000h-200007h. Verify and Compare operation will skipthose locations. The second 64 bits are user programmableOTP area located at buffer locations 200008h-20000fh. The OTP area protection can be PERMANENTLYenabled under Device/Configure. If the user_programmable segment of the ProtectionRegister is not blank or locked device will fail erase.
