IMPORTANT: This device contains 128 bit Protection Register. The first 64 bitsare pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. They are ignoredduring Verify and Compare operations.The other 64 bits are one-time-user-programmable. All 128 bits are located at buffer locations[800000h-80000Fh]. Locking the user-programmable segment of the ProtectionRegister is a one time only operation. If you use Auto Range detection the OTP register will be ignored.
