Note
IMPORTANT: This device contains 128 bit Protection Register. The first 64 bitsare pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. Theother 64 bits can be modified they are OTP bits. All 128 bits are located at memory locations400000h-40000Fh byte addresses. Locking the User Register portion of the ProtectionRegister is a one time only operation. The device will ignore the manufacturer portion during Verify and it will fail Compareif the manufacturer portion of the protection register has not been readin first.
