IMPORTANT: This device contains 128 bit Protection Register. The first 64 bitsare pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. Theother 64 bits can be modified. The User Register contains the 64 bitsthat can be modified. All 128 bits are located at memory locations800000h-80000Fh byte addresses. Locking the User Register portion of the ProtectionRegister is a one time only operation. The device will ignore the manufacturer portion during Verify and it will fail Compareif the manufacturer portion of the protection register has not been readin first.
