IMPORTANT: This device contains 128 bit Protection Register. The first 64 bits are mapped from 2000000h to2000007h in the buffer. These bits are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified.The Program’ ‘Compare’ and ‘Verify’ commands will ignore the factory-programmed area. Thelast 64 bits of the Protection Register are mapped from 2000008h to 200000Fh in the buffer and areone-time-user-programmable. When Erasing this range the programmer will blank-check these bitsand will fail the Erase command if the area is not blank. Locking the user-programmablesegment of the Protection Register is a one time only operation.In BPDOS due to software limitations the content beyond 32MB in the buffercan be loaded and programmed but is not accessible. ‘
