IMPORTANT: This device contains 128 bit Protection Register. The first 64 bits are mapped from 200000h to 200007h in the buffer. These bits are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified.The Program’ ‘Compare’ and ‘Verify’ functions will ignore the factory-programmed area. Thelast 64 bits of the Protection Register are mapped from 200008h to 20000Fh in the buffer and areone-time-user-programmable. When Erasing this range the programmer will blank-check these bitsand will fail the erase function if the area is not blank. The ERASE function will also failif this area has been LOCKED. If ‘Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the OTP bits of this rangewill not be programmed or verified. Locking the user-programmable segment of the ProtectionRegister is a one time only operation. ‘
