IMPORTANT: This device contains 128 bit Protection Register. The first 64 bitsare pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. Theother 64 bits can be modified. All 128 bits are located at memory locations200000h-20000Fh. Locking the User Register portion of the ProtectionRegister is a one time only operation.
