IMPORTANT: This algorithm does not support the Enhanced Security features for the device.Please choose the standard device selection if these features are desired.This device contains 128 bit Protection Register. The first 64 bits are mappedfrom 2000000h to 2000007h in the buffer. These bits are pre-programmed by themanufacturer and cannot be modified. The last 64 bits of theProtection Register are mapped from 2000008h to 200000Fh in the buffer and areone-time-user-programmable. When Erasing this range the programmer will blank-check these bitsand will fail the erase function if the area is not blank. If Auto Range Detection’ is set toYES the OTP bits of this range will not be programmed or verified. Locking the user-programmablesegment of the Protection Register is a one time only operation.The default Device Range is set to [000000h-FFFFFFh].Please select ‘Entire File’ under Device Range if Protection Registers need to be included. ‘
