IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with 128-bit Protection Register. The register is mapped from 200000h to 200007h(Buffer locations: 400000h-40000Fh). The first 64 bits are pre-programmed by the manufacturerand will be read at Buffer locations 400000h-400007h. These bits will be ignored during Program”Compare’ and ‘Verify’ operations. The other 64 bits of the Protection Register are one time userprogrammable and are mapped at Buffer locations 400008h-40000Fh. This area can be PERMANENTLYlocked under Device/Configure by setting the option to LOCK. If the user programmable segmentof the Protection Register is locked or is not blank the device will fail erase.The default Device Range is set to [000000h-1FFFFFh].Please select ‘Entire File’ under Device Range if Protection Register needs to be included. ‘
