IMPORTANT: This device contains 128 bit Protection Register. The first 64 bitsare pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified.The other 64 bits are one-time-user-programmable. All 128 bits are located at buffer locations[200000h-20000Fh]. Locking the user-programmable segment of the ProtectionRegister is a one time only operation. If the user_programmable segment of the ProtectionRegister is locked or not blank device will fail erase.The default Device Range is set to [00000h-FFFFFh].Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if Protection Registers need to be included. ‘
