The first 64 bitsare pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified and will notbe read. The other 64 bits is the User Register that can be modified.The 64 bit User Register is located at buffer locations 200000h-200007h.Locking the User Register portion of the Protection Register is a one time only operation.
