IMPORTANT: Intel StrataFlash(R) Wireless Memory System.This device contains two Top boot Code segment Flash Diesand one Bottom boot Data segment Flash Die.Each Code Flash Die contains 17 128-bit Protection Registers PR0 through PR16.They are located in buffer address [6000000h-600021Fh].Example: For Code Flash Die 1 PR0[0x81-0x88] is located at [6000000h-600000Fh]PR1[0x8A-0x91] at [6000010h-600001Fh] and so on. For Code Flash Die 2PR0[0x81-0x88] is located at [6000110h-600011Fh]PR1[0x8A-0x91] at [6000120h-600012Fh] and so on.PR0[63:0] are permanently programmed by Intel with a unique number for each flash device.PR0[127:64] and PR1 through PR16 are one-time programmable (OTP) for user to program.If one or more OTP registers are programmed the range must be set to exclude the registers orthe ERASE command will fail.Once programmed the user-programmable register can be locked to prevent further programming usingDevice Configure menu. Once the protection register is locked the entire user segment is lockedand no more user bits may be programmed.
