Note
IMPORTANT: This device contains a 128-bit Protection Register mapped to buffer locations [100000h-10000Fh]. The first 64 bits [100000h-100007h] are pre-programmed by the factory and cannot be modified. They are excluded from all operations except READ. The second 64 bits [100008h-10000Fh] can be programmed and permanently Locked by the user. Once Locked the contents of the register cannot be modified. If the Protection Register is Locked or the user-programmable area is not blank the device will fail Erase. Turning on AutoRange will exclude the Protection Register from all operations.
