IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash Memory.There are three (3) Lock Bits for this device.LockBit2 disables Read and Verify.The Lock Bits are independent from each other.A chip erase operation will clear all the Lock Bits.The function of each Lock Bit:Lock Bit 1: Disable MOVC command.Lock Bit 2: Disable Read function.Lock Bit 3: Disable external ROM access.
