IMPORTANT: 32M-BIT CMOS SERIAL Flash MEMORY. The device has 32 equal sectors with 64K byte each. There is an additional 4K-bit secured OTP sector independent from main memory mapped to 400000h-4001FFh in the Data Pattern. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-3FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if 4K-bit secured OTP sector needs to be included. Permanent Lock Feature described under Advanced Security Features is currently not supported. ‘
