IMPORTANT: 64M-BIT CMOS SERIAL Flash MEMORY. This algorithm utilizes single I/O Mode. Device can be configured to be in Normal WP Mode or Individual WP Mode. Device is permanently configured to Individual WP Mode by setting WPSEL bit under Device > Configure.

Notes: 1. Block Protect(BP3 BP2 BP1 BP0) bits indicate the protected area of the device. 2. Permanent Lock Sector options will prevent further Erase/Program of the corresponding sector. 3. Each sector of device range 0E0000h-15FFFFh can be read locked by setting under Device > Configure. Once read locked no further operation can be performed on that sector. There is an additional 4K-bit secured OTP sector independent from main memory mapped to 800000h-8001FFh in the Data Pattern. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-7FFFFFh]. Please select ‘Entire File’ under Device > Range if 4K-bit secured OTP sector needs to be included. ‘
