The device has 8 equal sectors with 64K-bytes each. The OTP sector is composed of two 4K-bit rows. The first row which is mapped to [80000h-801FFh] is user-lockable via Device Config. The second row which is mapped to [80200h-803FFh] can be programmed and locked by the factory. Please select ‘Entire Device’ in Device Config if the 8K-bit secured OTP sector needs to be included.
