IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with Password Protection Sector. The password protection sector is mapped to 1000080h-1000083h. The password protection lock bit can be used the lock the protection bits. Once locked our algorithm does not support unlocking of the bits. The configuration option for the factory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. The Solid Sector Protection OTP bit is automatically set by the factory. Once the SPB is set it cannot be cleared but additional sectors may be locked.
