Note
IMPORTANT: 128M-Bit Flash Memory with an additional 256-byte (128-word) Secured Silicon (SecSi) Sector.This sector is mapped to addresses [800000h-8000FFh] in the Buffer and can be purchased programmed and locked by the factory. If this is thecase the SecSi needs to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as itcould have a unique number. If this part has not been locked by the factory the user can lock the sectorunder Device Configure. When User Protect SecSi Sector is set to PROTECTED further programming of the OTP sector is prohibited. The device will fail Erase if the SecSi is not blank or has been locked.
