IMPORTANT: 32M-Bit Flash Memory with an additional 64K-Byte security sector.This sector is mapped to addresses [400000h-40FFFFh] in the Buffer.It can be purchased programmed and locked by the factory. If this is thecase the security sector will need to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as itcould have a unique number. If this part has not been locked by the factory user can treatthis sector as an extra memory block. Once the user lock is enabledthe lock cannot be reversed and the contents of the extra sector cannot be modified anymore.
