The SecSi needs to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as itcould have a unique number. If this part has not been locked by the factory the user can lock the sectorunder Device Configure. When User Protect Security Sector is set to PROTECTED further programming of theOTP sector is prohibited. The device will fail Erase if the SecSi is not blank or has been locked. Persistent Protection bit(PPB) feature is setup under Device Configure. PPB is one time programmable(OTP).
