IMPORTANT: 64M-Bit Flash Memory with an additional 256-byte (128-word) Secured Silicon Sector.This sector is mapped to addresses [800000h-8000FFh] in the Buffer andcan be purchased programmed and locked by the factory. If this is thecase the SecSi needs to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as itcould have a unique number. If this part has not been locked by the factory the user can lock the sectorunder Device Configure. When User Protect Security Sector is set to PROTECTED further programming of theOTP sector is prohibited. The device will fail Erase if the SecSi is not blank or has been locked.The default Device Range is set to [000000h-3FFFFFh].Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if Extended Memory Block need to be included. ‘
