IMPORTANT: 64M-Bit Flash Memory with an additional 256-byte (128-word) Secured Silicon Sector. This sector is mapped to addresses [800000h-8000FFh] in the Buffer and can be purchased programmed and locked by the factory. If this is the case the SecSi needs to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as it could have a unique number. If this part has not been locked by the factory the user can lock the sector under Device Configure. When User Protect Security Sector is set to PROTECTED further programming of the OTP sector is prohibited. The device will fail Erase if the SecSi is not blank or has been locked.
