IMPORTANT: 1G-bit CMOS SERIAL Flash MEMORY. This algorithm utilizes Serial Mode for Read/Verify and Program. The device has 2048 equal sectors with 64K-bytes each. There is an additional 4K-bit secured OTP sector independent from main memory mapped to 8000000h-80001FFh in the Buffer. The default Device Range is set to [0000000h-7FFFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if 4K-bit secured OTP sector needs to be included. Advanced Sector Protection is currently not supported. ‘
