IMPORTANT: 512M-BIT CMOS SERIAL Flash MEMORY. This algorithm utilizes 4 x I/O Mode. The device has 1024 equal blocks with 64K-bytes each. The device has 2 flash memory. Flash memory 1 is mapped to 0000000h-1FFFFFFh in the data pattern. Flash memory 2 is mapped to 2000000h-3FFFFFFh in the data pattern. There is an additional 4K-bit secured OTP sector independent from main memory for each flash memory. OTP for flash memory 1 is mapped to 4000000h-40001FFh in the Data Pattern. OTP for flash memory 2 is mapped to 4000200h-40003FFh in the Data Pattern. The default Device Range is set to [0000000h-3FFFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if 4K-bit secured OTP sector needs to be included for both flash memory. Advanced Sector Protection is currently not supported. ‘
