* R:Read only W: One time programmable (OTP) R/W: readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E: readable and rewritable if not locked. Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device-> Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation regardless of memory range selection. Special Device Considerations:

The Erase operation performs a Full Chip Erase which will erase all flash memory. This algorithm supports setting the Lock Bits.
Setting a lock bit to 0 will prevent any programming to the corresponding region without first erasing the device.
Enabling the Secure operation will program the Secure Bit.
This algorithm does not verify the Secure Bit once it is set.
If Bit 0 at device address 000Ch is set to 0 in the data pattern program operation will lock device.
User Signature Area and NVM Register are currently not supported.
