If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: Algorithm support for this device selection is developed. Device samples are needed for QA testing and full release in BPWin.For information on how to obtain an expedited release of this device support please contact BPM Microsystems at:Inside Sales713–688-4600inside_sales@bpmmicro.comInformation on expected socket module support can be found our web page at: http://www.www.bpmmicro.com/find-your-device/**Please note that receipt of device samples and QA testing must be completed before socket module support can be validated. Insert the device so that device pin 1 is inserted to socket pin 5.
Device Type: | Microcontroller. |
Device Size: | 512 Program Memory Flash Words |
Algorithm Programming method: | In-Circuit Serial Programming |
Memory Organization:

Attributes
|
DUT Physical Word Address(hex)(if this area is selected/Activated) | BPWin Buffer Byte Address(hex) |
Program Flash Memory | R/W/E | 0-1FEh | 0h-3FDh |
USER IDs | R/W/E | 200h-203h | 400h-407h |
Configuration Word | R/W/E | FFFh | 1FFEh-1FFFh |
* R/W/E:readable and rewritable if not locked. Program Memory is 14 bits wide. It is recommended by Microchip that the user uses only the four Least Significant Bits of each ID location. Both ID and Configuration word can be set from Device Configure or from the above mentioned addresses in your data file. Code protection can only be set by enabling the Secure Option. The Oscillator Calibration Bits are stored at the Reset Vector. To program these bits for custom trimming of the INTOSC you must do all below 3 things: 1) Enable Erase before programming’ 2) Enable ‘Customer Trimming INTOSC’ under Device Configure 3) Set your desired value in ‘RESET VECTOR VALUE’. Without doing the above 3 things the Oscillator Calibration Bits bits will be restored to the factory setting value. The Sum command generates the checksum calculation as specified by Microchip. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
