If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support

Note

IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the Data Pattern at 4000h-4007h. It is recommended by manufacturerthat the user use only the seven Least Significant Bits of each ID location. The Configuration word is located at Data Pattern address 400Eh(LSB)-400Fh(MSB). Both the ID andConfiguration word may be set under Device/Configure or from the above mentioned addresses inyour data file. The bandgap bits in the Configuration word come programmed from the manufacturerand cannot be altered.User Program memory is addressed in the Data Pattern at 000h-7FFh.EEPROM (Data Memory) is addressed in the Data Pattern at 4200h-42FFh.To secure the device select the desired security option under Device/Options and then chooseSecure after Programming’ before programming the device.!!!!Erasing the device will erase both memories along with the Configuration word and ID bits.!!!!The Sum command generates the checksum calculation as specified by Microchip. ‘

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
