IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 0x4000 – 0x4007.The Configuration word is located at buffer address 0x400E. Both the ID andConfiguration word may be set from the CONFIGURE menu or from the abovementioned addresses in your data file. The 128 byte EEPROM (Data Memory)is addressed in the buffer at 0x4200-0x42FF. The OSCCAL word at address 3FFh(buffer address 7FEh and 7FFh) is reserved and will not be programmed.
