Note
IMPORTANT: Erasing the device will erase both memories along with the Configuration and ID bitsbut not Calibration words! The Calibration words are skipped during all device operations. The ID locations are addressed in the Buffer at [4000h-4007h].It is recommended by manufacturerthat the user use only the seven Least Significant Bits of each ID location andthe remaining bits are masked to be 1s during programming. The Configuration word is located at Buffer addresses [400Eh(LSB)-400Fh(MSB)].Both the ID and Configuration may be set under Device Configureor from the above mentioned addresses in your data file.User Program memory is addressed in the Buffer at [000h-FFFh].EEPROM (Data Memory) is addressed in the Buffer at [4200h-43FFh].To secure the device select the desired security optionthen enable Secure operation before programming the device. The Device Sum command is to generate the checksum calculationas specified by Microchip.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
