IMPORTANT: OTP devices will have an oscillator calibration value programmed from the manufacturer atbuffer addresses 7FEh-7FFh.This algorithm will not program these addresses if they are not blank.The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 4000h-4007h.The Configuration word is located at buffer address 400Eh(LSB)-400Fh(MSB). Both the ID andConfiguration word may be set from the CONFIGURE menu or from the abovementioned addresses in your data file.If Code Protection is set for any value other than Off then Verify will fail after programming.Device/Secure command will protect the entire program memory (000h:7FFh).
