Note
IMPORTANT: Remember that the width of the chip is 14 not 16; therefore the last 2 bits of each word in the buffer are ignored.Parts are verified at High and Low voltages depending on oscillator setting per Microchip spec.The default buffer value should be set 0 before loading file.
