IMPORTANT: Memory range from FC0h to FFF is the calibration space. Parts may be preprogrammed with the calibration information from the factory.Erasing the chip will erase this information as well. Set the Ending Word of Range’ in DEVICE/OPTIONS to FBFh to eliminate access to the calibration space (Reading Programming etc..).Remember that the width of the chip is 14 not 16; therefore the last 2 bits of each word in the buffer are ignored.Parts are verified at High and Low voltages depending on oscillator setting per Microchip spec.The default buffer value should be set 0 before loading file. ‘
