IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 4000h-4007h.The Configuration word is located at buffer address 400Eh. Both the ID andConfiguration word may be set from the CONFIGURE menu or from the abovementioned addresses in your data file. Any reserved or Code Protect bit locationsare treated as don’t-cares in the buffer. Reserved bits are set in the programmingalgorithm and cannot be changed.
