Note
IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 0x300 – 0x307.The Configuration word is located at buffer address 0x1FFE. The Configuration wordmay be set from the CONFIGURE menu or from the abovementioned address in your data file. Code Protect bit locationsare treated as don’t-cares in the buffer. If Code Protection isdesired use DEVICE/OPTIONS/’Secure After Programming’ to enable. Somedevices may contain LP XT HS or RC suffixes in the device marking. Thisindicates that the part is manufactured/tested with preset Oscillator settings. Inthis case make sure the same Oscillator setting is selectingin the DEVICE/CONFIGURE menu before programming the part.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
