The parts you are attempting to program may have LPXTHS or RC suffixes at the device marking.This indicates that the part is manufactured and tested with preset Oscillator settings.Factory tested and selected oscillator configuration could be overwritten.However the functionality of the device is not guaranteed anymore.Please make sure you select the correct Oscillator setting in Device Configure menu before programming the part !!!If Code Protection is desired enable secure functionality.*** The Configuration Word is located at buffer addresses 1FFEh-1FFFh and also can be set in Device Configure menu.*** The ID locations are located at buffer addresses 400h-407h and also can be set in Device Configure menu.Microchip recommends using only the 4 least significant bits for ID.*** Parts are verified at High and Low voltages depending on Oscillator settings per Microchip specs.
