If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: *** !!! The parts you are attempting to program may have LPXTHS or RC suffixes at the device marking. This indicates that the part is manufactured/tested with preset Oscillator settings. If that is the case please make sure you select the same Oscillator settingat the DEVICE-CONFIGURE menu before programming the part !!!*** Configuration Word is programmed and verified if ‘AUTOMATIC’ is selected under DEVICE-CONFIGURE menu. *** MEMORY SECURITY in CONFIGURE Menu if set to PROTECTED (by file or user) will enable SECURE operationafter programming. To turn Secure off set MEMORY SECURITY to ‘UNPROTECTED’ then SECURE AFTER PROGRAMMING to ‘DISABLE’under DEVICE-OPTIONS.*** The Configuration Setting is stored at buffer addresses 1FFEh & 1FFFh.*** Parts are verified at High and Low voltages depending on Oscillator settings per Microchip specs.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
